Yes. No booking is confirmed until deposit is paid.
Deposits are generally between $500 - $1000 depending on size of event. For events less than 1k is 50% off total.
𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐃𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓
Total should be paid no later than 14days prior to the event. I allow a 3 day grace period and any late payments thereafter will incur an additional $150 late fee.

Yes definitely! Keep in mind. All our set ups include delivery for events within BOP. Anything beyond BOP will incur an additional travel fee.

Yes. I provide a mock up for every set up. However, either your 50% deposit or $200 mock up fee is required before receiving a mock up (mock up fee is included in total).

Most set ups will require 1-3hrs depending on size of set up, and at least 1hr for pack down. If the venues given time frame is less than 30mins, a fee may occur in order to add additional staff.
